About James…

James has been a part of the team since December 22, 2014. As a Mortgage Loan Originator with MLB: Kenilworth, he applies 28 years of experience in the mortgage industry toward pinnacle customer service and satisfaction. James is a resident of the Westminster Section of Hillside, NJ. He has 4 children and 7 grandchildren who, he says are the highlights of his life. He is an avid photographer and has a sincere interest in our country’s political process, particularly regarding foreign trade. James will tell you his greatest accomplishment is his involvement supporting high school and college students achieve their undergraduate degrees, freed from the weight of student loans. Over the last 28 years, James has supported the educations and futures of 385, randomly selected, students in need.

James enjoys working in the mortgage industry because it allows him to help people in so many ways, especially with that ultimate dream of home ownership. James particularly enjoys when a mortgage loan is approved and when the homeowner learns of assistance with home renovations, as there is nothing like a happy home owner. Professional relationships are important to James and he is proud of those he has developed over the years, as they are the cornerstone of doing good business and spreading the word about the place James calls home, MLB Residential Lending, LLC.
